Policy Resolution Numbers 2024-001 - AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES XIV FINES POLICY RESOLUTION No. 2009-001, 2024-002 - ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGING EQUIPMENT RULE AND CRITERIA FOR INSTALLATION, 2024-003 - TERMITE INSPECTION RULE, 2024-004 - RESALE DISCLOSURE INTERIOR INSPECTION RULE, and 2024-005 - AUTHORIZING ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION, NOTICES OF MEETINGS AND VOTING were mailed by First Class US Mail to each Unit Owner, were presented for Unit Owner comments at the January 18, 2024, Board of Directors' meeting during the Unit Owner comment period, and were duly adopted and promulgated by the Board of Directors at the February 22, 2024, Board of Directors' meeting effective 10 days later - March 7, 2024.
